On the 26th of April, 2023, the Fisksätra Mosque in collaboration with Nacka Kommun hosted a parenting seminar for the Muslim community in the area. The seminar, titled “Föräldraskap,” aimed to educate parents on effective parenting practices and help them create a nurturing and healthy environment for their children.
The seminar was organized by the Bilal Mosque Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting education and community development in the Fisksätra area, in partnership with Nacka Kommun. The event was well-attended, with many parents showing up to learn from knowledgeable speakers and participate in the discussions.
The seminar began with an opening speech by the imam of the Fisksätra Mosque, who emphasized the importance of good parenting and its impact on children’s lives.
